By booking or participating in any Jumbo Volleyball program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Beach volleyball is a physical sport. By participating, you acknowledge that it involves inherent risks including but not limited to:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Jumbo Volleyball sessions, camps, and events.
You agree to release, waive, and discharge Jumbo Volleyball and coach Tayte Kosmerly, including any assistants, volunteers, and affiliated personnel, from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation — however caused — to the fullest extent permitted by law in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. This waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
This release applies to all programs, drop-ins, private coaching, and any related activities.
By participating, you confirm that:
Jumbo Volleyball does not provide medical personnel. You are responsible for your own health and safety decisions.

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during Jumbo Volleyball sessions for use on the website, social media, or other marketing materials.
This is optional. If you do not wish to appear in marketing content, simply let Coach Tayte know before your session and we'll make sure you're excluded. No questions asked.
When you book through our scheduling system (TidyCal), we collect basic contact information (name, email, phone number) solely to manage your bookings and communicate about sessions.
Jumbo Volleyball is subject to British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Your rights under PIPA include:
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
